The annual MyCleaning Awards, in support of domestic services within healthcare, will once again be backed by Medirest a leading workplace experience and facility management company which provides placemaking solutions that contribute to better business performance and makes life easier, more productive and enjoyable – delivered to high standards by people who care. The Awards, running back-to-back with the National MyPorter Awards across two days, is now in its fifth year and will shine a spotlight on the exceptional work done by healthcare domestics teams every day. With stories that inspired the judges and anyone lucky enough to hear them, 2024’s winners featured on Sky News’ Kay Burley Show.
While the celebration is of course about the glitz of an awards ceremony, it doesn’t stop there, with the full programme, in association with NHS England, including a live conference. The occasion, in February, will include a morning of education and inspiring conversation around prevalent and relevant healthcare topics, featuring presentations, interactive discussions and networking opportunities. This includes a not-to-be-missed Q&A session, enabling delegates to pose burning questions to a high-profile panel of healthcare experts.

Nominations for the Awards are now open and can be submitted online. Entries are open to anyone within portering and cleaning/domestic services in UK healthcare – whether that’s NHS or otherwise. The invaluable contributions of healthcare staff worldwide will be celebrated with dedicated international awards categories, too.
